Arable land without buildings of approximately 12 ha within soil class 9 located north of Skillinge in Österlen in Skåne. Bids together with bank reference should be Skånegårdar, Ann Knutsson/ann@skanegardar.se, received no later than 12:00 on Monday, April 13, 2026.

Arable land according to the County Administrative Board's block areas of a total of approximately 12 ha divided into three parcels of approximately 7,5 ha in the north and two parcels in the south of 2,94 ha and 2,34 ha. The land is located within soil class 9 and consists mainly of clayey moraine soil.

The arable land is managed privately and is available for a new owner to farm after harvest in 2026. The land will then be taken over in stubble and the new owner will be given the opportunity to begin autumn farming. EU compensation attributable to the 2026 vegetation year will accrue to the seller in full.
